Hello all! I know that I took a few weeks off in the blogging world, but I think I am back into the swing of things. I told a friend of mine today that I think I would be a little more motivated if I didn't have dial-up Internet which takes forever for me to download, upload, or load anything! But maybe someday we will upgrade right? Life here at the Rose home is going good. We were very fortunate to go to Utah for Christmas as a surprise Christmas present! It was great. I loved being there with our families, seeing a few friends, and enjoying all the snow. I miss having a white Christmas out here in Tennessee. Brielle absolutely loved every minute of it and the night before we left she held onto her Grandpa Larry and just cried because she didn't want to leave. I think it is still hard for her because every few days she lets me know that we just need to get in the car and drive back. Benson had a good time too if you discount the fact that he had to go to the ER a few days after we arrived. He had a temp of 103-104 and we couldn't get it to go down. So, of course at 4:00 a.m. we took him in and he had an ear infection and tonsillitis. We put him on an antibiotic and after a round of an allergic reaction, we got him some medicine that worked and then he was okay. Overall it was a fantastic trip, and I am grateful we were able to be there. Now we are back in the routine of life and I am just counting down the weeks until May for this baby to come. We are still trying to think of names for him, so if any of you avid blog readers out there have suggestions please let me know. We are excited about having a boy, and Benson has just learned where the baby is. If you ask him he will run over to me , lift up my shirt, and point to my belly. It is really cute. He is getting so big and it is hard for me that in a few months he wont be my baby anymore. He just learned to say the word cracker and he walks around the house all day saying it, he has also mastered the art of saying please, and I tell you what, when he says it he gets anything he wants! Well, that is life in our home and I will try to not let so much time lapse so our blog page doesn't look the same every time!
